Moon song: My Shadow

Even in my brightest days, she's here
No use in trying to escape it
she just haunts me
No matter how sunny day it is
she hides, but it's here
never leaves me...

I see her in my pictures,
even when I'm smiling
she penetrates through every inch of me
there is some hidden tear
and I just can't avoid it

Lady Sorrow, her name it is
she brings wisdom, even some beauty
but I still hate it
sometimes think she's a demon
who posseses me
just to be with me

Like an evil witch
she uses her magic
and even happiest evening
turns into night of my crying

My blood she freezes
ripping off energy from my bones
and never stopes
just takes sometimes moment of sleep

When I am with her, she smiles peacefully
and shows her beauty
amazing she is,
you even want to hug it
crazy shadow tricks...
'All Wisdom you have comes from me'
she wispers and i know - some truth in there is
cause she's the Queen of Rain, or Tears
Lady Sorrow, her Majesty.

Show Strength

To show strength is to endure through rocky times in life with a gallant spirit. With a feeling of unshakable resolve to go despite setbacks, and with stamina with it's inner beasts and demons. Because Strength implies patience: to deal calmly with frustration the power of spirit is needed. Same is required with accepting others and refusing to get angry on people and circumstances of life. Strength is a virtue of pure heart who is compassionate enough to understand what others are feeling and give them lots of space... and same strength makes us to forgive imperfection, with a deep understanding that we are perfect in our imperfect condition of being. Just as we have to be.
But also, strength is that power that makes us selfcontrole ourselves: which let's our ego to be guided by our divine mind, our higher Mind. And with that we can achive power to influence world: only with the art oftempering forces, inner and outer, with benevolence we demonstrate the real strenght - the one of Love.
Only with Strength we can tide our demons and dark side, and make it our friend. It makes wild passiones transformed into allies, it turns destructive powers into creative forces with which we construct our lives like an peace of art.
But all that power comes from heart and reproductive organs. They nurture memories of whole reincarnative experiences connected with giving new births in our lives. Because in sacral chakra that power dwells: creative and procreative energy holded for higher purposes, ready to be transformed throug heart and then directed into some creative venue of life. Of course it asks some struggles from us: to tame the inner beast isn't an easy job. But definitely, it'is the only one that needs to be done, in order to make an unique mastery of oneself and one's individual earth life. In shaman traditions through whole world, our shadow tamed is the key to any success in life. When you get friendly with your shadow, she stops frighten you and starts to be assistent of a first class. In that sense, The Strength is the crucial energy to be integrated in one's life because shadows are alway alert, ready for some of theirs fun attack. It is a kind of a training in life. So Tarot Strenght says: dance and be creative, as a way on enduring through your passions, so you could clean them and lead from dark to glowing one. This is how we should do with Strenght power in us: breathing golden light into our sacral chakra and a heart.

New Strategy

Sometimes... It's legitimate to change your mind, and then change your strategy. Now and then, we have to stop to evaluate the status of yourself and our results in life. To stop means to review what's been done, to pause to check the progress and find out where we stand at that moment. And, if we are not satisfied with the progress – of relationship, work, anything – we are called upon to move further, change our mind and strategy.
Someone might object „it is not how we said in the beginning... how we settled“ but.... nothing is same as in beginning. We are not the one who were at the start. So... it's wise to reconsider path now and then and if we are not fine with what we see – consider a direction change. Think about a change, open yourself to new strategy.... Because questioning our choices is quintesssential for our growth: something we wanted some time ago maybe isn't something we still want...
That's why a standing at a crossroads is a fine: it helps us to reaffirmate ourselves, making us more effective and prosperous. In the root of that self-observation that gives us real growth. Because courage is needed to acknowledge the ways that've been useful for sometime, but are not anymore, and change them. Staying in the is devastating on the long term, but most people do that, cause are afraid of change. But eagle in us awakens our new powers and new taste, making us change direction. That is spontaneity of life and freedom of us. So don't be afraid when you wake up one morning with this feeling: just take your time, do your life math and... go on a new path. Old gave best of it, you realized how much you can do and how much you are worth it, and now is time for new. Enjoy it :)

Step by Step

Sometimes from the depths of our psyche emerges shadow called Futility: makes you feel pointless and "nonsense", as that's all you do in vain, and we ourselves are worthless.
Well, when you recognize that you catch the shadows with his companions - suspicion, volatility, paranoia with a hundred faces and strange, cool, existential fear - stop and laugh at her in the eyes. Even if by force. Imagine this shadow as dangerous Medusa: It's being a hair of snakes and killed by petrified anyone in the eye. So this is our shadow has terrible poisonous tentacles that in our mind trigger depression and negative thoughts about themselves and their actions, causes apathy and feeling are so "frozen" with fear to fear budge in any direction because there is anything that would improve our state. Let's get you out of the shadows, we will only sink deeper into a sense of nothingness. Therefore, the key to a peaceful face: look at the shadow of the full extent and then, through the scalp and soles of the feet together (physically, of course, through the nose, but awareness through these areas) inhaled shimmeringpearlblue light and with exhalation, as lasers, project it to cold eyes of psychological monsters. As many times as we need to dispel, until you feel relief. And then again, when we feel the monster attack from the depths of the psyche, until they extracted all their energy and strength from the inner demons. Because he lives and works out of the dark areas of our psyche through which the food materials fear - every time we "attack" and we say to him discount (so pay our laziness, we fall under samosažaljivanje and attitude of "woe is me" or we just fall asleep and disappear ...) he receives a package of our energy. So can hit harder next time.

And apart from these new energy give him believing in his message (its weakness and futility) he already carries the quantum of energy from those of our life experiences (this or from pastlives) during which we learned playing on the opposite side of the light. His lessons we passed in the dark, or acting in a manner of darkness (selfish, self-centered ...): every time we rejected responsibility and fled from her thieving to sneak leaving situations of life with which we consciously face, delayed things, afraid to face the truth, we built this his dark inner being of the psyche. Or, when we have marked, avoiding the obligations of life and looking for an easier way ... hiding from myself and others, or knowingly cheated maneuvering behind the scenes, being two-faced and controlling the background and keeping important situation for itself in isolation from the other, a reserved manner and at a distance. These experiences have a lesson, but when it integrates, their pressure becomes redundant and psyche it wants to rid: then he throws up in the form of shadows / state of lethargy and only then is the optimal time for a confrontation. The trick of the mind that in these conditions mean to just fall asleep, and how we are doing nothing ... We feel like a broken doll, or a battered cat .... mostly not. But just then, the main challenge - examination of life in the "test" repeated occasions - rise. Face. It does not matter if it is not getting up gracefully as we like to be when we are in his top form. It is run. Then, of course, we can not učiiti normal speed and agility, more like a lame convalescent feet after surgery .... But it does not matter: the important conscious intent and practical action that confirms and feeds its aspect in our life. The main remedy is to get to a job, whatever, and do it step by step. Therefore, in these situations is the main drug to go step by step. No matter what our shadow can attack us - we stand, breath into it and laugh at her face. Laughed myself because humor heals, we now see, just like that, no, but in the next moment, the next now, but we can be somewhat optimistic. So step by step. Saturnian slowly, persistently and patiently with them, making sure that our actions are all that somewhere once may not be: responsible, ready to help and to deal with their mess, do not run away from it. In this way we will fastest integrate this energy and its lessons. A main - to create our own soul, shaping your mind thoughts of giving attention and actions which support them in physical reality.

Sephirots

Sephirot or Səphîrôṯ (/ˈsɛfɪrɒθ/; Hebrew: סְפִירוֹת‎, pronunciation), meaning emanations, are the 10 attributes/emanations in Kabbalah, through which Ein Sof (The Infinite) reveals himself and continuously creates both the physical realm and the chain of higher metaphysical realms (Seder hishtalshelus). The term is alternatively transliterated into English as Sefirot/Sefiroth, singular Sephirah/Sefirah etc.
Alternative configurations of the sephirot are given by different schools in the historical development of Kabbalah, with each articulating different spiritual aspects. The tradition of enumerating 10 is stated in the Sefer Yetzirah, "Ten sephirot of nothingness, ten and not nine, ten and not eleven". As altogether 11 sephirot are listed across the different schemes, two (Keter and Daat) are seen as unconscious and conscious manifestations of the same principle, conserving the ten categories. In Kabbalah the functional structure of the sephirot in channelling Divine creative life force, and revealing the unknowable Divine essence to Creation is described.
The first sephirah describes the Divine Will above intellect. The next sephirot describe conscious Divine Intellect, and the latter sephirot describe the primary and secondary conscious Divine Emotions. Two sephirot (Binah and Malchut) are feminine, as the female principle in Kabbalah describes a vessel that receives the outward male light, then inwardly nurtures and gives birth to lower sephirot. Corresponding to this is the Female Divine Presence (Shechinah-Hebrew: שכינה). Kabbalah sees the human soul as mirroring the Divine (after Genesis 1:27, "God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him, male and female He created them"), and more widely, all creations as reflections of their life source in the sephirot. Therefore, the sephirot also describe the spiritual life of man, and constitute the conceptual paradigm in Kabbalah for understanding everything. This relationship between the soul of man and the Divine, gives Kabbalah one of its two central metaphors in describing Divinity, alongside the other Ohr (light) metaphor. However, Kabbalah repeatedly stresses the need to avoid all corporeal interpretation. Through this, the sephirot are related to the structure of the body and are reformed into Partsufim (Personas). Underlying the structural purpose of each sephirah is a hidden motivational force which is understood best by comparison with a corresponding psychological state in human spiritual experience.
In Hasidic philosophy, which has sought to internalise the experience of Jewish mysticism into daily inspiration (dveikus), this inner life of the sephirot is explored, and the role they play in man's service of God in this world.

The "Sefirot" (סְפִירוֹת), singular "Sefirah" (סְפִירָה), literally means "counting"/"enumeration", but early Kabbalists presented a number of other etymological possibilities from the same Hebrew root including: sefer (text), sippur (recounting a story), sappir (sapphire, brilliance, luminary), separ (boundary), and safra (scribe). The term sefirah thus has complex connotations within Kabbalah.[1]
The Sephirot are considered revelations of the Creator's Will ("ratzon"),[2] and they should not be understood as ten different "gods" but as ten different ways the one God reveals his Will through the Emanations. While in Cordoveran Kabbalah, Keter (The Divine Will) is listed as the first Sephirah, it is an intermediary above consciousness between God and the other, conscious Sephirot. The Sephirot are emanated from the Divine Will, because Kabbalah sees different levels within Keter, reflecting God's inner Will and outer Will. The innermost, hidden levels of Keter, also in some contexts called "The head/beginning that is not known",[3] are united above the Sephirot with the Ein Sof (Divine essence). It is not God who changes but the ability to perceive God that changes. This difference between the "Ma'Ohr" ("Luminary"-Divine essence) and the "Ohr" ("Light") He emanates is stressed in Kabbalah, so as to avoid heretical notions of any plurality in the Godhead. In its early 12th-century dissemination, Kabbalah received criticism from some Rabbis, who adhered to "Hakirah" (medieval Jewish philosophy), for its alleged introduction of multiplicity into Jewish monotheism. The multiplicity of revealed emanations only applies from the perspective of the Creation, and not from the perspective of the infinite Divine essence.[4]

The ten Sephirot are a step-by-step process illuminating the Divine plan as it unfolds itself in Creation. They are fully found in the Medieval Kabbalah texts, such as the central work in Kabbalah, the Zohar. The Hebrew etymology of their names in Kabbalah is understood to refer to the nuanced aspects of meaning of each Sephirah. This direct connection between spiritual and physical creations and their Hebrew names, reflects the theology in Kabbalah that Creation is formed from the metaphorical speech of God, as in the first chapter of Genesis. Kabbalah expounds on the terms of the Sephirot.

   Four Worlds
These ten levels are associated with Kabbalah's (Zohar) four different "Worlds" or planes of existence, the main part from our perspective of the descending "chain of progression" (Seder hishtalshelus), that links the Infinite Divine Ein Sof with our finite, physical realm. In all Worlds, the 10 Sephirot radiate, and are the Divine channels through which every level is continuously created from nothing. Since they are the attributes through which the unknowable, infinite Divine essence becomes revealed to the creations, all ten emanate in each World. Nonetheless, the structure of the Four Worlds arises because in each one, certain Sephirot predominate. Each World is spiritual, apart from the lower aspect of the final World, which is our "Asiyah Gashmi" ("Physical Asiyah"), our physical Universe. Each World is progressively grosser and further removed from consciousness of the Divine, until in our World it is possible to deny God. In descending order:
  1. Atzilut (אֲצִילוּת)-World of "Emanation": In this level the light of the Ein Sof radiates and is united with its source. Divine Chochma, the limitless flash of wisdom beyond grasp, predominates.
  2. Beriah (בְּרִיאָה or alternatively[16] בְּרִיָּה)-World of "Creation": In this level, is the first creation ex nihilo, where the souls and angels have self-awareness, but without form. Divine Binah, the intellectual understanding, predominates.
  3. Yetzirah (יְצִירָה)-World of "Formation": On this level, creation is related to form. The Divine emotional Sephirot of Chesed to Yesod predominate.
  4. Asiyah (עֲשִׂיָּה)-World of "Action": On this level creation is relegated to its physical aspect, the only physical realm and the lowest World, our realm with all its creatures. The Divine Kingship of Malchut predominates, the purpose of Creation.
In the Zohar and elsewhere, there are these four Worlds or planes of existence. In the Lurianic system of Kabbalah, five Worlds are counted, comprising these and a higher, fifth plane, Adam Kadmon-manifest Godhead level, that mediates between the Ein Sof and the four lower Worlds.
As the four Worlds link the Infinite with our realm, they also enable the soul to ascend in devotion or mystical states, towards the Divine. Each World can be understood as descriptive of dimensional levels of intentionality related to man's natural "desire to receive", and a method for the soul's progress upward toward unity with or return to the Creator. (The terminology of this formulation is based on the exposition of Lurianic Kabbalah by the 20th Century Kabbalist Yehuda Ashlag).
